Zhejiang Wuyi Ma-Yang Precision Casting Factory is located in Wuyi, a city in China known as the home of fluorite and hot springs. We have easy access to abundant supply of electricity and convenient transportation.

Ma-Yang Foundry has fixed assets of more than USD1,230,000 with annually output of more than 25,000 metric tons of products, and can manufacture the single weight of the products from 0.2 pounds to 33,000 pounds. Our main production line includes sand casting and melted mould casting of high-manganese steel, high-chrome cast iron, alloy steel, stainless steel and carbon steel. These products are widely used for long-wearing, heat resistant and corrosion-proof mechanical applications in recycle metal crasher, mining, metallurgical, chemical, cement and oil industries.

Our factory has complete installation of equipment, including nine intermediate frequency furnaces from 0.1 tons to 6 tons, one electric arc furnace of 1.5 tons. Meanwhile, we also have one production line of precision casting, four environment protection heat treatment furnace of 20 tons, four heat resistant treatment furnace of 3 tons, 22 cranes, one hydraulic pressure machine of 1,500 tons, four sets of physicochemical examination equipment and four sets of metallographic examination equipment, and equipped with international advanced LOBF direct-reading spectrograph produced in Germany, and have one high frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer.

We employ highly qualified technical personnel, 6 with advanced technical titles, 16 with elementary or intermediate technical titles, 30 high-level technicians and about 80 technicians with basic skills. Furthermore, 18 surveyors in charge of physicochemical examination and 30 surveyors in charge of quality control are involved in our factory.

Regarding quality of products as our life, all our staff members have a very strong loyalty to brand. Our products are manufactured according to Japanese and US standards. The whole process of production is conducted in compliance with our formulated quality control principles.
